Also, may be asked to train operators for any new procedures in assembly or test.\nRequirements\nLanguage Skills: Communicate effectively with co-workers, engineers, and supervisors.\nMathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic math and advanced mathematical concepts related to engineering.\nAbility to perform statistical analysis and interpret data.\nReasoning Ability: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.\nCapacity to develop and implement innovative solutions.\nPhysical Demands: Physical demands may require to occasionally lift 50 lbs or more with extended periods of standing, kneeling, or leaning over equipment while troubleshooting. Good vision is essential due to working with small parts as well as good color vision and depth perception. Use personal protective equipment as required.
