If you are comfortable with ambiguity, energized by disruption, and obsessed with the art of the possible in AI- this role is for you.\nWhat You'll Do:\nIdentify and disrupt inefficient sales processes by designing AI-native replacements - autonomous agents that eliminate manual work, accelerate deals, and create entirely new sales motions\n\nEnvision and prototype breakthrough AI agent capabilities that leapfrog current approaches: predictive deal orchestration, autonomous prospecting, real-time competitive war-gaming, and AI-driven negotiation support\n\nChallenge existing sales technology assumptions - evaluate where legacy tools should be replaced entirely by agent-based architectures rather than incrementally enhanced\n\nDrive rapid experimentation: build MVPs fast, test with real sellers, measure ruthlessly, and kill what does not work - fail fast, learn faster\n\nEvangelize AI-first thinking across the sales organization - inspire adoption through compelling demos, measurable results, and a bold vision of the future\n\nScout and evaluate emerging AI technologies, startups, and research breakthroughs - bring the outside in and ensure DXC stays ahead of the curve\n\nBuild the strategic narrative: define what \"AI-native sales\" looks like at DXC in 12-24 months and create the roadmap to get there\n\nPartner with sales leadership to identify the highest-leverage disruption opportunities where AI agents can create step-change improvements in revenue outcomes\n\nWho You Are:\nExperience & Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience as a proven innovator\n\n5+ years of experience driving technology-led disruption in sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations - with demonstrable AI/ML expertise\n\nTrack record of challenging the status quo and delivering transformational outcomes - not just incremental optimization\n\nDeep understanding of the AI landscape: LLMs, agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, generative AI, and automation platforms\n\nHands-on ability to prototype solutions (Python, AI frameworks, no-code/low-code agent builders) - you lead by building, not just directing\n\nExperience with sales ecosystems (CRM, enablement, revenue intelligence) and a vision for how AI will replace or reinvent them\n\nComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook does not yet exist\n\nSoft Skills & Cultural Fit:\nDisruptor mentality - instinctively questions 'how it's always been done' and proposes radically better alternatives\n\nVisionary communicator - can paint a compelling picture of the future and rally teams, leaders, and skeptics behind bold ideas\n\nBias for action - prototypes, tests, and ships rather than getting stuck in analysis paralysis or committee approvals\n\nResilient and persuasive - comfortable pushing back against organizational inertia and bringing people along on transformational change\n\nFluent in English (mandatory)\n\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
