Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com.\nClearance: Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance\nWork Environment: Hybrid, on-site 2-3 days, Crystal City, Arlington, VA\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide hands-on APEX coding as directed.\nAssess user adoption levels and design targeted interventions to accelerate proficiency.\nCollaborate with functional and technical teams to identify system optimization opportunities within PeopleSoft.\nSupport system configuration, testing, and deployment activities related to PeopleSoft APEX.\nDevelop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, views, and database objects.\nPerform SQL code reviews, database performance tuning, and data analysis activities.\nServe as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for PeopleSoft APEX-related questions and issues.\nDocument best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures for PeopleSoft APEX usage.\nWork with functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n5 years of PeopleSoft experience.\n3 years of Apex coaching.\nDemonstrated expertise in: PeopleSoft modules, Oracle APEX, coaching methodologies, user enablement, training delivery, system optimization, SQL Development, and PL/SQL programming.\nProficiency in technical tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Data Mover, SQR, Oracle SQL Developer, and SQL performance tuning tools.\nExperience or familiarity with Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and Fluid UI development.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex customizations and technical issues.\nStrong experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and database objects.\nExperience with PUM upgrades and their implications.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust possess an active Secret security clearance\nDesired Skills:\nPeopleSoft HCM or Financials certification.\nExperience and understanding of Oracle RDBMS 19c.\nAdvanced SQL Development and PL/SQL coding experience.\nExperience supporting PeopleSoft implementations within the Army or DoD.\nFamiliarity with OCI or related ERP platforms.\nExperience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix).\nAdditional Information:\nClearance: Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance\nWork Environment: Hybrid, on-site 2-3 days, Crystal City, Arlington, VA\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,400 - $136,300.\nFull-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
