equivalent tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS) considered. \nExperience designing and consuming REST or SOAP APIs for data ingestion or extraction purposes. \nDemonstrable ability to produce high-quality data mapping and migration specification documentation. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.\nDesirable Skills/Qualifications:\nExperience working on PAS migration or transformation programmes targeting modern cloud-based platforms; direct experience with DXC Assure Commercial & Specialty or DXC Assure Broking is highly advantageous, as is prior exposure to other leading platforms such as Guidewire, Majesco, SSP, or Acturis. \n London Market and/or Global Specialty insurance experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with Lloyd's and Company market operating models, placing processes, and the associated data structures (risk, premium, claims, bordereaux, bureau submissions). \nKnowledge of PAS platforms commonly used across the London and Specialty market, such as Whitespace, PPL, DCOM, IMR, Xuber (Xchanging), or similar. \nFamiliarity with insurance data models spanning the full placing chain - including Carriers, MGAs, and Brokers - and an understanding of how data structures, ownership, and obligations differ across each participant. \nExposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-based migration patterns. \nUnderstanding of Agile and/or waterfall project delivery methodologies. \nExperience with data quality tools or profiling frameworks.\nPersonal Attributes\nAble to work independently and take ownership of migration workstreams with minimal supervision. \nStrong communicator - able to translate complex technical data concepts for non-technical business stakeholders. \nComfortable working in fast-paced project environments with competing priorities and firm deadlines. \nCollaborative team player who builds effective relationships across business and technical teams. \nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
