Defender for Cloud, Azure Key Vault, data loss prevention (DLP) controls, and encryption at rest and in transit.\nEnsure cloud solutions align with applicable regulatory and security frameworks.\nSupport security assessments and audits by preparing compliance documentation, configuration records, and supporting evidence.\nOperations and Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, container, and application-hosting issues in Azure environments.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize service disruptions.\nOptimize Azure resource utilization, cost, performance, availability, and scalability.\nMaintain operational runbooks, configuration baselines, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.\nSupport incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with established operational procedures.\nCollaboration and Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate with cloud architects, application teams, security specialists, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.\nParticipate in change advisory boards (CABs), architecture reviews, and technical governance forums.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge bases, operational documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nIdentify and implement improvements in cloud operations, infrastructure automation, security, and cloud adoption practices.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4-7 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related technical roles, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is mandatory.\nITIL 4 Foundation certification is mandatory.\nHands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container platforms, and serverless services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.\nProficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.\nStrong knowledge of Azure networking, identity and access management, cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and hybrid cloud environments.\nFamiliarity with applicable regulatory and security frameworks.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage complex technical issues and work effectively in a service delivery environment.\nExcellent communication and collaboration
