You’ll directly shape how the world's leading insurers operate by helping to transform the policy, underwriting, and claims systems that millions of people rely on every day.\nAbout the Role\nYou will be working as part of a collaborative team to register certificates and to process payments of accounts and weekly payments received on behalf of employers, injured workers, providers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to injured worker’s compensation claims. \nManaging weekly payment of entitlements\nData entry for individual claims portfolios\nDealing with high risk calls with patients\nResponsible for processing claims requests, in adherence to the policies, laws, and regulations of the company involved\nCIP (Community Integration Program) Claims \nRequired Expertise\nCustomer service experience within a medical or corporate environment\nStrong written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with patients, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners\nSensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs\nTechnically capable of working across multiple platforms and being self-sufficient with technology and troubleshooting systems \nProcessing abilities - claims management activities, e.g. file noting\nAbility to work in a rapidly changing, sometimes high-pressured environment \nBe an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident\nOur culture and benefits\nDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
