outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Leadership and Account Growth\nServe as the senior relationship owner for assigned Life and Annuity clients and build trusted partnerships with chief executive, revenue goals, and actions required to grow the portfolio.\nIdentify whitespace within existing accounts and originate new opportunities by connecting business challenges to differentiated technology approaches.\nNegotiate commercial terms that balance client value, delivery feasibility, risk, revenue growth, and target profitability.\nIndustry and Solution Leadership\nApply deep knowledge of individual and group life products, fixed and variable annuities, policy administration, new business and underwriting, billing, claims, distribution, commissions, customer service, and reinsurance.\nAdvise clients on modernization of legacy platforms, digital engagement, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud adoption, application management, infrastructure, and business process transformation.\nUnderstand insurance operating models and the use of third party administration, business process outsourcing, software as a service, and platform enabled services.\nRepresent the organization in client forums, industry events, and executive briefings while strengthening market credibility and strategic partnerships.\nFinancial and Delivery Accountability\nOwn revenue, bookings, margin, pipeline, and account profitability for the assigned portfolio.\nMonitor contractual commitments, service performance, financial results, client satisfaction, and delivery risk in partnership with global delivery leaders.\nLead governance with client and internal executives, resolve escalated issues, and protect long term relationship value.\nDrive renewal, extension, and expansion strategies well in advance of contract milestones.\nCoordinate cross functional teams across sales, consulting, engineering, operations, solutioning, delivery, alliances, and marketing.\nMeasures of Success\nAchievement of annual bookings, revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.\nGrowth of strategic accounts through new logos, new buying centers, cross selling, and expanded retention, and referenceability.\nEffective management of commercial, contractual, delivery, and operational risk.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\nEight or more years of progressive experience in insurance consulting, technology services, business process services, account management, sales, or client leadership.\nSubstantial experience within Life Insurance and Annuities, including a working understanding of products, processes, platforms, distribution models, and industry economics.\nDemonstrated success growing complex insurance accounts and closing significant technology, managed services, transformation, platform, or business process engagements.\nExperience owning account financials or a profit and loss portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and commercial performance.\nProven ability to build credibility and influence with senior client executives and diverse internal stakeholders.\nStrong pursuit leadership, solution shaping, presentation, negotiation, and contract management capabilities.\nAbility to lead global, matrixed teams without relying on direct reporting relationships.\nWillingness to travel based on client and business needs.\nQuota and Sales Expectations\nThe successful candidate will be expected to carry an annual sales target currently anticipated at approximately $25+ million in total contract value.\nCandidates should demonstrate prior ownership of a substantial enterprise sales quota, consistent attainment, self-generated pipeline, and experience originating and closing large, complex technology services opportunities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Life and Annuity policy administration platforms, insurance software products, or platform enabled service models.\nExperience selling or leading application modernization, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, enterprise applications, infrastructure, or business process transformation programs.\nKnowledge of third-party administration, outsourcing, reinsurance, and insurance operations.\nRelevant insurance, technology, sales, or program management credentials.\nEstablished relationships within the North American Life and Annuity market.\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $157,600 - $236,400.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
