DXC Technology is an American information technology services company formed in 2017 by merging Computer Sciences Corporation with the enterprise services division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. It runs and modernises the IT estates of large organisations, covering cloud and infrastructure operations, application management, security services, and industry software for insurance, banking and healthcare clients across some seventy countries. Headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the company has spent recent years shrinking legacy outsourcing revenue while trying to grow consulting and engineering work.

Job Description:

We’re building something special at DXC Technology

We’re excited to be recruiting for an experienced Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our High Secure Services (HSS) Territory, supporting Consulting and Engineering Services (CES).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready for their next career step and wants to develop within a complex, high-profile client environment.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and adaptable, who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and bringing people together. You may already be working in Client Success, Account Management, Service Delivery, Consulting or a similar client-facing environment and be looking for an opportunity that offers broader responsibility, greater client exposure and genuine scope to progress.

Our HSS Territory supports a diverse client base across multiple sectors, with a growing portfolio including Application Development, ServiceNow, AI, Consulting, Cloud Platforms and Modern Workplace.

The role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients, taking responsibility for their overall experience across CES services.

You’ll work closely with Client Partners and teams across DXC to ensure we deliver against our commitments, proactively manage commercial and operational matters, resolve challenges and identify opportunities to increase the value we bring to our clients.

You’ll also support revenue, account growth, delivery performance and margin objectives, giving you broad exposure to both the client and commercial sides of the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, developing a strong understanding of their organisation, priorities and future goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within DXC.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of contracted CES services and act as a key escalation point when challenges arise.
  • Work with Client Partners and Sales colleagues to support renewals and identify opportunities to grow and develop client relationships.
  • Support account financial management, including revenue, forecasting, budgets, margin and cost improvement.
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans and lead regular client business reviews.
  • Identify and proactively manage account risks, opportunities and changing client needs.
  • Bring together colleagues across HSS, CES, Delivery, Sales and wider DXC capabilities to achieve shared client outcomes.
  • Support transformation, continuous improvement and the successful adoption of new DXC solutions and services.

What we’re looking for

We’re interested not only in what you’ve already done, but where you want to go next.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience within Client Success, Account Management, Service Management, Client Delivery, Consulting or another client-facing technology environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset and an understanding of, or desire to develop further experience across revenue, margin, forecasting and account performance.
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to bring different teams together to achieve a shared outcome.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach, with the confidence to manage changing priorities.
  • Curiosity about technology and how different capabilities can solve client challenges.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your career.
  • Experience within restricted or highly secure client environments and knowledge of Consulting and Engineering Services would be valuable, but relevant transferable experience is also welcomed.

We recognise that great candidates don’t always meet every requirement in a job description. If you bring many of the skills we’re looking for, have the drive to develop and are excited about taking the next step in your career, we’d encourage you to apply.

UK Government security requirements

Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may also be subject to nationality requirements where these are necessary to meet UK Government or contractual security obligations.

DXC Technology is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and particularly encourage interest from women, underrepresented groups and neurodivergent candidates.

We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the hiring process and are committed to creating a supportive and accessible environment for everyone.

Ready for your next step? If you’re ambitious, client-focused and looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience, take on greater responsibility and continue progressing your career, we’d love to hear from you.

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.
