processes and continuous service improvement.\nPromote infrastructure security, availability, performance, and operational resilience.\nData & Reporting\nAnalyze infrastructure, cost, inventory, performance, capacity, risk, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders.\nUse advanced Excel and data analysis skills to reconcile information and support technology decisions.\nCollaboration & Communication\nPartner with Architecture, Security, Applications, Development, Operations, and business teams.\nClearly communicate complex technical concepts, project status, risks, recommendations, and business impacts.\nDevelop and maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.\nProvide mentoring and technical guidance to other engineers.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or related technology roles.\n8+ years of experience administering Windows and Linux environments.\n8+ years of experience configuring and supporting enterprise web/application server technologies such as IIS, Tomcat, WebSphere, or equivalent.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.\nStrong understanding of hybrid infrastructure and enterprise datacenter architecture.\nBroad technical knowledge across servers, operating systems, cloud services, storage, networking, databases, applications, and security.\nStrong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.\nExperience leading complex infrastructure or cloud projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders.\nStrong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.\nDemonstrated ability to independently learn and adopt new technologies.\nExperience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.\nExperience providing technical leadership to engineering teams, including direct or indirect leadership.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAWS and/or Microsoft Azure certifications.\nExperience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.\nExperience with enterprise monitoring, observability, security, and service management platforms.\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise or managed services environments.\nExperience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
