Corporate Councel
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for the legal team.
- Assist in contract management and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal team members on complex projects.
- Provide recommendations based on legal research and analysis.
- Participate in the drafting and review of legal documents.
- Support legal investigations and disputes resolution.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes impacting the firm.
- Contribute to financing activities and compliance with financing agreements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in corporate legal matters
- Proficiencies in legal research, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
- Must be a continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Corporate Counsel (CCC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus
