Description:\nEssential Job Functions\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive SCM cutover plans covering EWM, IBP, PP/DS, aATP, Manufacturing, Finance, Data Migration, Integration, and Technical workstreams.\nCoordinate end-to-end go-live readiness activities and ensure alignment across all program stakeholders.\nManage inventory migration, stock transfers, inventory freezes, warehouse transitions, and production cutover activities.\nFacilitate cutover planning workshops and define responsibilities, dependencies, escalation paths, and execution timelines.\nCoordinate and execute cutover rehearsal activities, mock cutovers, and dress rehearsals to validate deployment readiness.\nMonitor critical path activities and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting go-live schedules.\nSupport business readiness assessments and ensure operational teams are prepared for deployment execution.\nFacilitate go/no-go decision processes in collaboration with Program Leadership, Business Stakeholders, and the Program Cutover Manager.\nPrepare and distribute cutover status reports, execution dashboards, risk logs, and executive communications.\nCoordinate hypercare readiness activities and transition planning from deployment to operational support teams.\nEnsure adherence to SAP Activate cutover methodology, governance standards, and deployment best practices.\nDrive issue resolution and escalation management throughout cutover execution and stabilization phases.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTypically 10+ years of SAP project delivery experience, including significant experience in cutover management for SCM, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP transformation programs.\nProven experience leading SAP S/4HANA cutover planning and execution activities in complex enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of inventory migration, warehouse cutover, production transition, and planning data migration processes.\nExperience coordinating large, cross-functional teams across business, functional, technical, and operational workstreams.\nExpertise in dependency management, critical path management, RAID tracking, and deployment governance.\nStrong understanding of SAP Supply Chain processes including EWM, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance integration points.\nExcellent project coordination, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to perform effectively under high-pressure deployment and go-live conditions.\nOther Qualifications\nSAP Activate certification, training, or direct implementation experience preferred.\nPrevious experience supporting EWM, SCM, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse transformation programs highly desirable.\nExperience with enterprise deployment planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Cloud ALM.\nKnowledge of SAP data migration methodologies and deployment governance frameworks.\nExperience managing global, regional, or multi-country go-live programs.\nUnderstanding of business continuity planning, disaster recovery considerations, and operational readiness activities.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.\nStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities with proven success in coordinating mission-critical deployment events.\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong
