Job Description: Desktop & Infrastructure Support Engineer We’re looking for a Desktop & Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh, supporting a secure and important client environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll provide day-to-day desktop support while also getting involved in wider infrastructure activities. You’ll work across laptops, desktops, VDI and server environments, helping to troubleshoot issues, maintain systems and contribute to infrastructure projects and improvements. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and working directly with users, but who also has an interest in what’s happening behind the scenes across the wider infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of Microsoft technologies and enterprise tools, build your technical knowledge and develop your career within a large technology organisation.
