You will drive the adoption of modern methodologies with a strategic focus on automation, continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence.\nYou will be responsible for architecting and leading the implementation of complex cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions. We expect you to make critical architectural decisions, establish best practices, lead technical initiatives, and actively mentor mid-level and junior team members.\nRequired Skills\nExtensive experience with multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) including advanced services, multi-cloud strategies, and cloud migration\nExpert-level proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, Shell Script, or similar) with ability to review and optimize code\nExpert-level knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, or Pulumi, including module development and state management\nDeep knowledge of version control systems and Git workflows, including branching strategies, code review processes, and repository management\nExpert knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, performance tuning, and security hardening\nProven track record leading Agile teams and driving DevOps transformation initiatives\nAdvanced expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) including cluster management, scaling strategies, and troubleshooting\nExtensive experience architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)\nDeep experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management (latency, traffic, errors, and saturation)\nStrong knowledge of networking and security (VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, WAF, Security Groups, Zero Trust Architecture)\nExperience with DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance, and security automation\nStrong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding technical teams\nFluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)\nDesired skills:\nMultiple cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)\nKubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)\nExperience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies at scale\nDeep knowledge of service mesh architectures (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)\nExperience with GitOps and declarative infrastructure (ArgoCD, Flux, Crossplane)\nExpertise in serverless and event-driven architectures (Lambda, Azure Functions, EventBridge, Kafka)\nKnowledge of database administration (SQL, NoSQL) including backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies\nTrack record of technical writing (documentation, runbooks, architecture decision records)\nActive contributions to open-source projects or technical communities\nExperience speaking at conferences or leading technical workshops\nKnowledge of SRE principles and SLO/SLI/SLA management\nExperience with multi-region and disaster recovery architectures\nWhat are we offering?\nThis position is also available to people with disabilities;\nVarious benefits, competitive salary and our values make DXC one of the most important and attractive companies to work for in the world.
