accelerate digital transformation.\nChampion the adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions, driving innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.\nProvide deep expertise in P&C insurance business processes, core insurance platforms, and emerging technologies, guiding transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.\nLead cross-functional teams consisting of business consultants, architects, technology leaders, and delivery teams to successfully execute complex transformation programs.\nCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for modernization through core system transformation, cloud adoption, low-code/no-code platforms, data modernization, and process automation.\nDevelop executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and value realization frameworks that support investment decisions and transformation governance.\nMonitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTypically 15+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, technology modernization, or digital transformation, with significant experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.\nDemonstrated expertise in developing transformation strategies, business cases, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.\nStrong knowledge of P&C insurance operations, products, distribution channels, claims, underwriting, policy administration, and core insurance systems.\nExperience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements from strategy through execution.\nProven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business and technology decisions.\nStrong understanding of AI, automation, cloud technologies, digital platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions.\nContinuous learner with a passion for emerging technologies and industry innovation.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or related graduate degree.\nExperience with leading P&C core platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar insurance solutions.\nExperience implementing AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.\nIndustry certifications in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, agile methodologies, or insurance disciplines.\nProven track record of driving business value through technology modernization and organizational transformation programs.\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $139,200 - $289,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
