Perform/review process walk-throughs to facilitate the development of the audit scope and approach during the planning phase.\n\nDetermine, perform and/or review data analytics for the relevant areas as available and identify outliners / key focus areas for testing of internal controls.\n\nExecute/conduct financial, operational and technology audits, which includes the testing of internal controls and business-related processes. Specifically:\n\nAct as a key liaison with stakeholders, DXC management and external auditors throughout the audit process.\n\nConfirm appropriateness of the controls testing approach and related audit program.\n\nIdentify, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques to recognize trends or patterns in complex data sets.\n\nProvide leadership, supervision, training, and feedback to the team participating in the project.\n\nMonitor audit progress to ensure completion within allotted timeframes. Escalate as needed.\n\nConfirm areas/processes for improvement and propose recommendations.\n\nDiscuss findings with stakeholders and obtain management buy-in.\n\nDraft audit reports and obtain management responses in accordance with the function’s KPIs and procedures.\n\nFollow up on remediation efforts related to such findings.\n\nDesign reporting tool to support capturing of non-SOX control procedures and ensure controls are updated regularly\n\nManage and execute special projects as needed.\n\nActively participate in the development of annual and quarterly risk assessments to support the annual audit plan.\n\nCreate presentations (audit committee, senior management updates, etc.) as needed.\n\nCreate and present training materials to the internal team and the wider DXC employees as needed.\n\nAssist management with the enhancement to/updates to the Enterprise Risk Management process.\n\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably with a concentration in Accounting or Finance\n\nRelevant professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) required\n\nIn-depth data analytics experience\n\nDemonstrate high level of integrity and sound independent judgement.\n\nIn-depth data analytics experience\n\nAccounting/auditing and risk management background with 7-10 years of experience in internal controls, consulting, advisory, and professional services. Big-4 experience required. Technology industry experience a plus.\n\nAbility to multi-task, work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong time management and presentation skills\n\nAdvanced computer skills. Detailed knowledge of MS Office is a must.
