With a strong foundation of values, deep industry expertise, and an extensive partner network, our people are trusted by clients to lead transformative change.\nAbout the Role\nDXC Technology is looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team supporting a large enterprise client in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience building and supporting enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, cloud technologies, and modern front-end frameworks.\nThe position follows a hybrid work model and requires onsite presence at the client location three days per week in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.\nBuild and support event-driven applications and integrations using Apache Kafka.\nDevelop modern front-end solutions using Angular and/or React.\nDesign and integrate RESTful APIs and other integration services.\nDevelop and support solutions hosted in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.\nWork with persistent storage technologies, including MongoDB.\nBuild, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\nParticipate in CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.\nTroubleshoot complex application and production issues and perform root cause analysis.\nImprove application performance, resiliency, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nDevelop and maintain automated testing strategies and frameworks.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.\nContribute to technical design discussions and identify opportunities to improve existing systems and engineering practices.\nDocument technical solutions, processes, and application designs.\nSupport and mentor less experienced engineers by sharing technical knowledge and development best practices.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\n7-9 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.\nStrong hands-on development experience with: Java Spring Boot Microservices Apache Kafka AWS and/or Azure MongoDB or similar persistent storage technologies Angular and/or React\nStrong understanding of object-oriented design principles.\nExperience developing and integrating REST APIs.\nExperience supporting production applications and performing root cause analysis.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExperience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly through verbal communication, documentation, code, and diagrams.\nAbility to work onsite three days per week in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with any of the following would be considered a plus:\nKubernetes and Docker\nGitHub and Azure DevOps\nGitHub Actions\nGraphQL\nSelenium\nTestNG\nPostman\nSonarQube\nCypress\nJUnit / NUnit / PyTest\nCucumber\nPlaywright\nWireMock / Mockito / Moq\nApplication observability and performance optimization\nSecurity vulnerability remediation\nHigh-availability and resilient application architectures\nWork Environment\nLocation: Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas\nWork Model: Hybrid\nOnsite Requirement: 3 days per week at the client site\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
