You are confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders and enjoy mentoring others to achieve positive outcomes.\nYou will bring:\nA qualification in an allied health or health-related discipline (such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing or a similar field)\nExperience developing and implementing injury management and return to work plans\nThe ability to assess clinical information and collaborate with treating practitioners to achieve the best recovery outcomes\nStrong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to support and develop Case Managers\nExperience facilitating case conferences, claims reviews and stakeholder discussions\nSound knowledge of medical terminology, treatment pathways and rehabilitation principles\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nA genuine passion for supporting people through their recovery journey\nDesirable\nExperience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation\nKnowledge of injury management legislation and return to work frameworks\nProject improvement or quality assurance experience\nOur culture and benefits\n DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
