Enterprise Application Integration Strategy and Architecture Leadership\nDefine and evolve the Enterprise Application Integration service strategy, architecture principles, reference architectures, guardrails and target-state direction.\nAlign integration technology roadmaps with business priorities, enterprise architecture direction and platform evolution.\nProvide architectural authority across API, messaging, streaming, MFT, iPaaS, SAP integration and cloud-native integration domains.\nDrive consistency, reuse, scalability, security and operational resilience across integration solutions.\n2. Governance Framework and Decision Authority\nOwn the EAI governance framework, including design reviews, code reviews, test-results validation, risk assessments, compliance checks and exception management.\nEstablish clear review criteria, approval gates, architecture decision records and evidence requirements.\nEnsure standards and best practices are created, maintained, communicated and applied consistently across platforms and delivery teams.\nChair or lead architecture and governance review forums with architects, platform teams, application teams and business stakeholders.\n3. Integration Request Assessment and Technical Consulting\nProvide senior oversight for new integration assessments received through ServiceNow and ensure timely, fit-for-purpose recommendations.\nGuide requirement analysis, platform and pattern selection, non-functional considerations, security alignment and solution documentation.\nReview complex or high-risk recommendations and resolve cross-platform architecture decisions.\nProvide architecture advisory services for cloud, hybrid and on-premises integration scenarios.\n4. Proofs of Concept and Reusable Patterns\nSponsor and govern proofs of concept for new technologies, patterns and complex integration scenarios.\nApprove PoC hypotheses, success criteria, architecture approach, risk controls and final recommendations.\nEnsure successful PoCs are converted into reusable templates, reference implementations and knowledge assets.\nPromote reuse to reduce duplicated design effort and improve delivery consistency.\n5. Innovation, AI and Governance Modernization\nOwn the innovation portfolio for integration engineering and governance modernization.\nIdentify and prioritize opportunities for workflow automation, governance review automation, AI-assisted engineering and AI-driven compliance.\nGuide the development of accelerators, custom tools and automated controls using DevOps practices and appropriate coding technologies.\nAssess emerging integration tools and patterns and provide adoption recommendations based on value, risk and feasibility.\n6. Service Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership\nAct as the senior architecture and governance interface for the Global FMCG Company, DXC delivery leadership, enterprise architects and platform owners.\nOwn governance effectiveness, service quality, risks, dependencies, escalations and executive-level reporting.\nLead a globally distributed team of architects, consultants and analysts; provide technical direction, coaching and quality oversight.\nAlign capacity and priorities across assessments, PoCs, standards, compliance reviews, innovation and reporting activities.\n7. Metrics, Reporting and Continual Improvement\nDefine service KPIs, quality measures and governance outcomes, including request responsiveness, review lead time, compliance, pattern reuse and backlog health.\nOversee the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and governance reporting.\nUse performance data, trends and stakeholder feedback to improve processes, standards and service outcomes.\nEnsure ServiceNow and JIRA records provide sufficient traceability for requests, decisions, actions and deliverables.\nExpected Deliverables\nEnterprise Application Integration service strategy and operating model\nEnterprise integration architecture principles, reference architectures and guardrails\nTechnology roadmap and platform adoption recommendations\nIntegration standards, best-practice library and reusable pattern catalog\nArchitecture governance framework, review criteria and exception process\nApproved architecture assessments and complex solution recommendations\nPoC portfolio, evaluation reports, reference implementations and reusable templates\nInnovation and automation roadmap, including AI-assisted governance opportunities\nGovernance dashboards, KPI definitions, service reports and improvement plans\nSuccess Measures\nTimely initial engagement and completion of Enterprise Application Integration assessments in line with agreed service targets\nConsistent application of architecture and governance controls across design, code and test review gates\nIncreased reuse of approved patterns, templates and reference implementations\nImproved quality, traceability and predictability of integration architecture decisions\nMeasurable adoption of automation and AI-enabled improvements where feasible and approved\nEffective management of service risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations and delivery performance\nQualifications\n7-10 years years of enterprise integration architecture experience, with substantial leadership accountability across multiple integration technologies.\n7-10 years leading integration architecture organizations, governance functions or Centers of Excellence.\nDemonstrated ownership of enterprise integration strategy across APIs, messaging, event streaming, MFT/B2B, iPaaS, SAP integration and cloud integration.\nDeep expertise in at least one strategic integration platform and strong working knowledge across several others in the technology scope.\nProven ability to establish and govern architecture principles, enterprise standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns and technology roadmaps.\nStrong understanding of API-led, event-driven, messaging, cloud-native and hybrid integration architectures.\nExperience establishing KPI-driven delivery and architecture governance frameworks.\nExecutive-level consulting, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience leading globally distributed teams and multi-region service delivery.\nWorking knowledge of DevSecOps, security architecture, observability, resilience and service management practices.\nAbility to identify innovation opportunities and drive practical adoption of automation and AI-assisted engineering.\nStrong portfolio, capacity, risk and financial management skills.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nProfessional growth opportunities\n\nA collaborative and inclusive workplace\n\nIf this sounds like you, apply and take the next step in your DXC journey.\nKnow someone perfect for this role?
