enterprise systems meet requirements for scalability, availability, security, resilience, and performance.\nOversee resource allocation, workforce planning, project schedules, vendor engagements, and financial budgets to optimize delivery efficiency and achieve business objectives.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, security, and delivery risks while driving root cause analysis, incident prevention, and timely resolution of issues affecting business continuity and project delivery.\nDrive automation, intelligent operations, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual intervention, improve incident response, increase engineering productivity, and strengthen operational maturity.\nEstablish and monitor operational performance metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), availability targets, and quality standards to ensure consistent and predictable service delivery.\nLead cloud financial management and cost optimization initiatives, implementing governance controls, resource utilization improvements, forecasting practices, and cost accountability across enterprise technology environments.\nOversee security and compliance initiatives, including vulnerability remediation, access governance, audit readiness, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and adherence to enterprise technology standards.\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across geographically distributed engineering and technical operations teams.\nManage stakeholder relationships, communicate operational performance and transformation progress to senior leadership, and align technology initiatives with business priorities.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferrable). \nHigh Scholl Diploma (mandatory). \nTypically, 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership, engineering management, IT operations management, or comparable leadership role.\nDemonstrated experience leading enterprise technology operations, infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, systems management, or technology transformation initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of cloud computing environments, including AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, identity and access management, and systems administration.\nExperience with automation, operational tooling, monitoring and observability, incident management, problem management, change management, and service reliability practices.\nUnderstanding of IT service management frameworks, operational governance, service-level management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience managing technical teams, project delivery, resource planning, operational budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder expectations.\nAbility to evaluate technical solutions, lead architecture and design discussions, assess operational risks, and make informed technology decisions.\nKnowledge of cloud cost optimization, financial governance, vulnerability management, security controls, disaster recovery, business continuity, and audit compliance.\nExcellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and team leadership skills.\nProven ability to lead complex technology initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams and coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore environments.\nOther Qualifications\nAdvanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.\nExperience supporting enterprise customers across
