The role works closely with partners and vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT initiatives.\nWorking time: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite at the client office, Sai Gon Ward.\nJob Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nMentor and provide hands-on guidance to Junior Helpdesk team members.\nServe as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues.\nAdvanced IT Operations\nOversee and perform network maintenance, management, and troubleshooting.\nManage and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP), including setup, configuration, monitoring, and optimization.\nCoordinate with vendors and partners to implement and maintain IT solutions according to Client standards.\nCybersecurity & Data Privacy\nImplement and manage cybersecurity patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.\nAdvise on and enforce data privacy and security controls, ensuring compliance with company and Zone policies.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams and vendors to address threats and ensure robust protection.\nData Governance\nUnderstand and apply data governance principles, supporting compliance with data privacy (DP) requirements and Zone strategy.\nProvide hands-on support for data-related topics as needed.\nCollaboration & Vendor Management\nWork closely with the Zone team to ensure alignment with regional/global IT initiatives.\nLiaise with vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services and projects.\nProject & Process Support\nLead or support IT projects related to end-user support, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.\nMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for all activities.\nDay-to-Day IT Operations Support\nProvide onsite hardware and software support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, meeting rooms, and other IT equipment.\nTroubleshoot end-user IT issues and coordinate with vendors, network, server, and infrastructure teams when required.\nPerform device installation, replacement, setup, relocation, and removal, including hardware refresh and asset collection.\nProvide VIP, urgent IT support, and smart hands support for IT equipment, meeting rooms, company events, and special activities.\nSupport software upgrades, system migration, patching, IT deployment, and project activities.\nMaintain IT asset records, equipment checks, documentation, and status reporting.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration, preferably within FMCG or Tech companies.\nProven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their implementation in enterprise environments.\nSolid knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and data privacy controls.\nFamiliarity with data governance concepts and practical experience supporting data-related initiatives.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExperience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with DevOps tools and practices is a plus.\nAbility to deliver training and guidance to junior staff.\nStrong documentation and reporting abilities.\nAbout DXC Technology\nDXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) is a leading independent IT services company serving nearly 6,000 clients in 70 countries, delivering end-to-end, next-generation solutions through global expertise and strong partnerships.\nDXC Vietnam, part of DXC Technology (Fortune 500), has nearly 30 years of presence with about 1,300 engineers, providing high-quality, cost-effective technology services to global and local clients.
