Description:\nAt DXC Technology Polska, we are looking for a Junior-Level Java Developer to join our specialized German-speaking Java team, in a flexible hybrid working model (2 days in Wroclaw office per week).\nIn this role, you will work on projects within the public, energy, automative, or other big sectors, developing customized software solutions together with our international teams.\nYou will be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle: from technical design and implementation to the ongoing enhancement of existing solutions.\nYou will collaborate closely with internal developers and customer architects to build sustainable, maintainable software architectures.\nGerman language skills at a minimum C1 level are mandatory, along with good English communication skills.\nRequired skills and experience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nFirst experience with Java and object-oriented programming principles gained through academic projects or personal learning\n\nFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle) and web technologies\n\nFamiliarity with Git and software development lifecycle concepts\n\nBasic understanding of Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nWillingness
