In addition to the junior team, we also have a team of senior colleagues who work directly with the client and are always ready to help the junior team when needed.\nDaily challenges\nWe mainly work on automatically generated alerts from our monitoring systems, and our task is to perform the necessary checks to identify the problem and execute commands that lead to its resolution.\n\nEach new colleague has a mentor during their first months in the team, who helps onboard them, and together they go through all the tools, tasks, and team-specific processes.\n\neXperience and skills required\nRelevant IT education or junior level background.\n\nPrevious experience in database support and/or courses and certifications related to this field will be considered an advantage.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nWillingness to work on 12-hour shifts.\n\nCompany benefits \nAt DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
