Omegamon for CICS, BMC Mainview, Compuware Xpediter/CICS, CA ACF2/CICS, CA Intertest, CA Symdump.\nDiagnose CICS system and related product issues and follow up with root cause analysis\nParticipate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled\nKnowledge about the CICS functionality and architecture\nRequired Skills:\nEngineer with 5 Plus years’ experience systems programming experience\nBasic Knowledge on the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM, Third party products\nExperience in CICS transaction server, related ISV products.\nAdditional Requirements\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in a IT related field or equivalent work experience\nProcess driven management of technical operations and support.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nThe ability to work independently as well as part of a team.\nExcellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.\nThe ability to follow a project through to completion, and/or to work as part of a larger team to complete the components of a complex project.\nParticipate in on-call rotation with the engineering teams.\nOther Preferred Qualifications\nBanking or financial services industry experience.\nKnowledge of Assembler, COBOL, CICS, and Db2\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
