We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers - often Industry Leaders - solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.\nYou will also work closely partner with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full ServiceNow stack. You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across on behalf of multiple business initiatives - You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Business Technology Solutions.\nJob Specifications/ Responsibilities:\n- Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for Benelux region.\n- Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts.\n- Work to close deals using selling best practices eg., client call plans, close plans, sales strategies.\n- Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC.\n- Be knowledgeable on the DXC ServiceNow offerings being sold and keep up to date with the latest offering developments, value propositions and marketing/pricing/packaging/licensing options.\n- Actively participate as part of ServiceNow Benelux sales team and the wider sales community.\n- Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, other Offering sellers.\n- Work closely with EMEA Practice leaders (regional & global) and with Alliance Partners relevant in region.\n- Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in transparent, predictable manner - weekly cadences and weekly status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients etc.\nImportant Stakeholders:\n- EMEA Sales leaders\n- Peer sellers\n- Support functions particularly Sales Operations\n- Account / Industry leaders\n- Delivery leaders supporting your accounts\n- Strategic alliance partner/s\nWhat You Bring With You:\n- Sales experience and success delivering or exceeding sales quotas\n- 5-7 years’ experience in IT services & product sales - successful sales execution and client engagement\n- Experience and/or familiarity with ServiceNow products and business would be a benefit.\n- Fluent Dutch and English\n- Experience / familiarity with ServiceNow and the Now platform would be a benefit.\n- Digital (cloud-based application) sales experience and digital business acumen\n- University (bachelor’s degree) minimum\n- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills\n- Attention to detail\n- Pre-existing network of clients and relationships\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
