Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience\nTypically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering\nExperience in a managerial role, overseeing teams and/or projects\nProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies \nStrong programming and debugging skills\nStrong communication and team leadership skills\nAbility to manage software projects and resources effectively Other Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in a related field is a plus\nRelevant certifications or training a plus\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $105,500 - $195,900.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
