Description:\nLead SAP Manufacturing workstream activities throughout blueprint, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.\nDesign and configure SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management processes to support global manufacturing operations.\nFacilitate fit-gap workshops and business process design sessions with manufacturing, quality, operations, and supply chain stakeholders.\nConfigure and optimize production order management, shop floor control, capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and quality inspection processes.\nDefine and maintain manufacturing master data including Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, work centers, production versions, and inspection plans.\nLead cross-functional integration activities across PP, QM, PP/DS, EWM, Procurement, and Finance workstreams.\nReview and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, testing scripts, and deployment deliverables.\nManage Manufacturing Consultant activities and ensure compliance with project standards and governance.\nDrive testing strategy, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and business validation activities.\nSupport manufacturing data migration, cutover planning, production readiness assessments, and go-live execution.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations aligned with SAP best practices and operational excellence initiatives.\nCollaborate with global delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.\nTypically 5+ years of SAP PP/QM implementation experience within manufacturing environments.\nStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production execution processes.\nIn-depth knowledge of manufacturing master data structures including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and recipes.\nExperience implementing SAP Quality Management processes including quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and quality control.\nProven experience leading manufacturing workstreams in SAP transformation or SCM deployment programs.\nStrong understanding of both discrete and process manufacturing business processes.\nExperience conducting fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.\nStrong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nOther Qualifications\nSAP PP, QM, or Manufacturing certification preferred.\nExperience integrating SAP PP/QM with PP/DS, EWM, MES, Digital Manufacturing, and Finance (CO-PC) solutions.\nKnowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), MES integration, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly desirable.\nExperience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery approaches.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing execution, production scheduling, quality compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.\nExperience supporting global template deployments and multi-country rollout programs preferred.\nBackground in industrial manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, life sciences, chemicals, or process industries is a plus.\nStrong consulting, leadership, and business transformation skills with the ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders.\nAt DXC
