This is a critical role in leading and managing largescale data migration initiatives from onpremises D365 to D365 cloud ensuring the migration process is efficient data integrity is maintained and business goals are achieved.\nThis role will require indepth technical expertise in D365 F&O data migration tools advanced ETL processes and cloudbased solutions with a primary focus on ensuring highquality accurate and timely migration. You will lead migration strategy data mapping integration and validation while mentoring and guiding a team of professionals through the migration lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead EndtoEnd Data Migration Projects:\nManage the entire data migration lifecycle for complex D365 Finance and Operations projects from initial data assessment and planning to successful golive.\nOversee multiple migration phases coordinating the activities of project teams and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on requirements deadlines and deliverables.\nEnsure that data migration is completed on time within scope and meets all business and technical objectives.\nDefine and Develop Data Migration Strategies:\nDesign document and implement detailed migration strategies for moving data from legacy systems and D365 onpremises to D365 cloud environments.\nCreate migration roadmaps outline dependencies and identify potential risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and avoid issues during migration.\nConduct data profiling and cleansing to prepare data for migration and ensure that only relevant highquality data is moved.\nData Mapping and Transformation:\nLead and manage the data mapping process ensuring accurate and effective transformation of data from source systems (onpremises D365 legacy systems) to the target cloud environment (D365 Cloud).\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand key data elements and define transformation rules that align with organizational objectives.\nApply complex business logic accounting rules and transformation procedures to ensure data integrity postmigration.\nETL (Extract Transform Load) Processes:\nWork with ETL partner to Design implement and optimize ETL processes using data migration platforms.\nCollaborate with developers and database administrators to ensure seamless integration of ETL workflows with D365 F&O.\nEnsure Data Quality Integrity and Reconciliation:\nEnsure the accuracy completeness and consistency of data throughout the migration process by applying rigorous data validation and quality assurance procedures.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive data reconciliation strategies postmigration to ensure that data in the cloud system matches expectations and is errorfree.\nConduct data validation and transformation checks at every stage of the migration to Provide Expert Guidance and Leadership:\nProvide technical leadership to the project team including data migration consultants business analysts developers and DBAs.\nMentor junior team members and provide handson technical guidance for troubleshooting problemsolving and ensuring successful project.\nLead discussions on key design decisions and promote best practices within the team and across the organization.\nRisk Management Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:\nIdentify potential migration risks early in the project and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues before they affect project delivery.\nLead troubleshooting efforts during migration to resolve data integrity issues integration challenges and performance bottlenecks.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nExperience:10 years of experience in data migration for enterprise applications with specific expertise in D365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).\nProven track record in migrating data from D365 onpremises to D365 cloud managing complex migration projects and implementing solutions for largescale businesses.\nHandson experience migrating data from other legacy enterprise systems to cloud environments.\n\nTechnical Expertise:Knowledge of ETL tools and methodologies\nExpertise in SQL data modelling and data architecture.\nProficiency in using data migration tools such as Scribe Informatica Boomi or similar platforms to migrate data to D365 Cloud.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture including knowledge of both onpremises and cloud environments.\n\nData Governance and Quality Management:Strong understanding of data governance data security and compliance frameworks for migrating sensitive financial and operational data.\nExperience implementing data quality management processes including data cleansing validation and reconciliation.\n\nRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services such as false websites or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
