We manage and simplify existing infrastructure investments and provide a way forward to modernize IT, including moving portions to the cloud.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a skilled Network Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network and cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable networking solutions while collaborating with architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with business needs.\nThe ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in networking and cloud technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot complex environments and support enterprise-scale operations.\nWhat you will do\nImplement, maintain, and optimize network and cloud infrastructure solutions.\nSupport the execution of network architecture designs in alignment with organizational standards.\nCollaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain scalable solutions.\nMonitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network and cloud-related issues.\nConfigure and manage networking components including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.\nSupport the implementation of security, compliance, and governance policies.\nAssist in evaluating new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure performance.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.\nProvide regular updates on incidents, changes, and infrastructure improvements. \nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nTypically 4 + years of experience in networking and infrastructure roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with network technologies (routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls).\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nSolid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.\nExperience supporting enterprise or large-scale environments.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant certifications such as:CCNA / CCNP\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)\nAzure Administrator Associate\n\nExperience with hybrid cloud environments.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).\nExposure to network monitoring and security tools.\nKey Competencies\nNetwork Operations & Support\nCloud Infrastructure Fundamentals\nTroubleshooting & Problem Solving\nSecurity & Compliance Awareness\nCollaboration & Communication\nContinuous Learning & Adaptability\nJoining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
