Inspecting, prioritizing, and maintaining systems to the highest operational standards\n\nProviding effective solutions for software and hardware issues\n\nResponding to user inquiries and guide users with simple, step-by-step how-to instructions\n\nRecording technical issues and solutions in Knowledge Management System, update knowledge articles with newer and relevant information\n\nEnabling end users by providing training and education\n\nCandidate requirements:\nTwo or more years of relevant experience\n\nFluency in German (C1) and English\n\nExperience in the following areas:\nHandling of ServiceNow tickets\n\nAssistance with Software deployment and with Software related issues (Standard & Non-Standard)\n\nSupport of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system as well as Microsoft Office 365 suite\n\nHow-to assistance of End User assigned IT devices and software\n\nStandard and non-standard HW Devices (peripherals like monitors, label printers, etc.)\n\nBasic HW support for Desktop & Laptop: RAM upgrade, Keyboard exchange, SSD HD replacement\n\nSmart hands experiences for any support team including but not limited to: MFP, Standalone, Networked Printers & Scanners, including toner replacement etc, Servers & Storage\n\nProviding support for meeting room equipment (Audio and Video) as well as for Network cabling and port patching, Wi-Fi network, replacement of router, HUBS and Switches\n\nDocument management like Asset Management, Knowledge Management maintenance, Site Operations Manual, etc.\n\nStock management (incoming & outgoing IT goods)\n\nEnd user training and education\n\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
