About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator who is eager to grow their expertise while working with cutting-edge technologies. You'll receive regular training on the latest Oracle products and gain hands-on experience with business-critical databases, Oracle Exadata, VLDBs (TB-scale), and high-availability solutions such as RAC and Data Guard. Your responsibilities will include supporting infrastructure projects, datacenter migrations, and consolidation initiatives.

Daily Challenges

• Provide day-to-day support and monitoring for Oracle databases
• Perform optimization analysis, troubleshooting, and apply best practices
• Participate in root cause analysis for production incidents
• Implement standard to mid-complex solutions and monitor database stability
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve non-standard technical challenges
• Support and collaborate with DBA team members
• Follow industry best practices and standards

* Participate in on-call rotations

eXperience and Skills Required

• Real production experience and knowledge in Oracle Database (preferably 19c or newer)
• Understanding of PL/SQL queries
• Practical experience with at least some of the following: Database Availability, Storage Management, Performance Tuning, Installations, Patching, Upgrades, Backup and Recovery, ASM
• Working knowledge in administration of at least one server system: Linux, HP-UX, AIX, or Solaris
• Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English
