We are currently looking for motivated people who want to develop their careers in the area of HR and payroll.\nYour range of responsibilities will include:\nRecording HR and payroll data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, these may be data related to hiring, transfers, termination of employment, contract changes, holidays, benefits, etc.\nProviding HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues through the ticketing system\nEnsuring compliance of all documentation and applications with company policy and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information.\nActively contribute to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
