In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping organizations design effective security architectures and address complex cybersecurity challenges.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design of cybersecurity solutions for complex client opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, and DXC best practices.\nProvide deep technical expertise across cybersecurity architectures, platforms, and services, serving as a reference point for internal teams and customers.\nEngage directly with clients to analyze requirements, assess challenges, and define secure and scalable solution strategies.\nProduce and present high-quality technical proposals, solution documentation, and architectural recommendations.\nCollaborate with delivery, consulting, and partner ecosystems to incorporate best-of-breed technologies into proposed solutions.\nContribute to the definition and adoption of cybersecurity standards, methodologies, and reusable assets.\nWe Require\nProven experience in cybersecurity solution design, presales, consulting, or security architecture roles.\nAdvanced knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Application Security, Network Security, Security Operations, Data Protection, and Zero Trust architectures.\nExperience designing enterprise-grade security solutions in complex and multi-vendor environments.\nStrong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.\nStrong communication and presentation capabilities, including experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience working with leading cybersecurity vendors and technology partners.\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nNice to Have\nIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, Google Cloud Security Engineer, or equivalent.\nKnowledge of security automation, AI-driven security capabilities, and modern security operations platforms.\nFamiliarity with international security and compliance frameworks.\nExperience with Generative AI tools is a plus.\nLocation\nMilan, Rome, Bari with smart working possibility.\nWhy Join Us\nThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €41.000.\nCompensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l'industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.\n· Health Insurance\n· Life and permanent disability by accident coverage\n· Meal vouchers\n· Supplemental Pension Plan\n· Smart Working Agreement\n· Employee Discounts Program\nContinuous Learning Access learning platforms and take part in skill development programs designed for you.\nRefer & Earn Help us find great talent through the Employee Referral Program and get rewarded for your contribution.\nCareer Development DXC promotes professional growth and internal mobility by making every open position accessible to all employees.
