Description:\nEssential Job Functions\nLead end-to-end delivery of SAP SCM deployment projects across assigned regions, business units, or workstream clusters.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.\nCoordinate cross-functional workstreams including EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Data Migration, Integration, and Technical Architecture teams.\nManage project scope, budget tracking, resource planning, and delivery timelines to ensure successful execution.\nEstablish strong relationships with client executives, business stakeholders, and program leadership teams.\nFacilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.\nMonitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions while proactively driving mitigation and resolution strategies.\nOversee vendor, partner, and delivery team activities across onshore, nearshore, and offshore engagement models.\nCoordinate integration points with Program Management Office (PMO), GTS, Group Reporting, Finance, and other transformation streams.\nLead go-live readiness assessments, deployment planning, cutover execution, and hypercare support coordination.\nDrive adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, quality controls, and governance requirements.\nEnsure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among all project participants and stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.\nTypically 12+ years of project management experience, including leadership of SAP SCM, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or ERP transformation programs.\nProven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain projects involving EWM, PP, PP/DS, Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, or Integrated Business Planning solutions.\nStrong experience managing global, regional, or multi-country deployment programs.\nExpertise in project governance, risk management, RAID management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.\nExperience managing cross-functional and distributed delivery teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models.\nStrong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project delivery lifecycle.\nExceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in complex transformation environments.\nOther Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.\nExperience leading SCM-focused SAP transformation programs within manufacturing, consumer goods, industrial products, life sciences, or distribution industries.\nKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, EWM, PP/DS, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance integration, and deployment methodologies.\nExperience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery approaches.\nFamiliarity with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project governance tools.\nExperience managing large-scale global template rollouts and regional deployment programs.\nMBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Project Management is a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to engage executive sponsors and drive
