Responsible for project planning, workstream coordination, stakeholder management, and on-time delivery of SCM implementation scope.\nEssential Job Functions\nLead project delivery for SAP SCM Deployment covering assigned region or workstream cluster\nDevelop and maintain project plan, RAID log, and schedule across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams\nManage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting\nCoordinate cross-stream interdependencies with Program Level, GTS, and Group Reporting streams\nOversee resource allocation and team performance across SCM workstreams\nDrive go-live readiness, cutover coordination, and hypercare planning for SCM deployment\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering\nExtensive SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery\nProven delivery of SAP S/4HANA SCM (EWM, IBP, PP, Manufacturing) projects\nStrong stakeholder management, RAID governance, and executive reporting skills\nExperience managing distributed offshore/nearshore/onshore SCM delivery teams\nProficiency in project management tools and SAP Activate methodology\nNice to have:\nPMP or PRINCE2 certification\nSCM-focused SAP programme management experience in EMEA or manufacturing environments\nWhy DXC? / Life at DXC\nDXC is an employer of choice with strong values, and fosters a culture of inclusion, belonging and corporate citizenship.
