We are now looking for a Programme Planner to play a key role in building confidence in delivery through robust, integrated programme planning.\nAs a Project Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, integrated programme/project schedules that provide a single, reliable view of delivery progress. You will use evidence-based planning techniques to ensure clarity across milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall programme confidence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.\n\nAlign milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme.\n\nMonitor progress and produce insightful reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.\n\nManage baselines, stage gates, and change control in line with governance standards.\n\nFacilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.\n\nIdentify and manage schedule risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.\n\nContinuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.\n\nStrong capability with planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI,).\n\nKnowledge of programme and project methodologies.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.\n\nDesirable Skills\nProfessional project management/controls certifications (e.g. PMQ, Project Planning and Control Practitioner etc).\n\nExperience working within enterprise PMO environments.\n\nExposure to automated reporting solutions.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate, reliable programme schedules that drive informed decision-making.\n\nClear and insightful reporting that supports delivery confidence.\n\nStrong management of dependencies and schedule risks.\n\nContinuous improvement in planning practices across the programme and projects.\n\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
