In this role, you will oversee all aspects of proposal development for large deals and act as the main liaison with the Bid Manager. You will coordinate and support strategy, content creation, and editing, ensuring alignment with pursuit goals. You will also guide the pursuit team and subject matter experts in delivering compelling, differentiated messaging that maximizes client impact.\nDaily Challenges\nLeading storyboarding, digital strategy, and message-mapping workshops, and contributing to pursuit strategy and resource mix.\nBuilding trusted stakeholder relationships and attending meetings to understand the client and deal context and capture the proposal's big idea.\nOverseeing proposal development from initial content creation to final delivery.\nCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content tailored to client requirements and evaluation criteria.\nProofreading and editing to ensure consistent messaging and \"One Voice\" across proposal documents and oral presentations.\nDeveloping writing training tools and guidelines for global pursuit teams.\neXperience and Skills Required\nExperience as a Proposal Lead or Proposal Manager, leading proposal development and tailoring content to client-specific requirements.\nStrong writing and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.\nProven ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality proposals on time.\nFluent English.
