The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing CI/CD pipelines, supporting release activities, and ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of Salesforce deployments across multiple environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and execute Salesforce deployments using Copado CI/CD pipelines.\nOversee code promotion, release planning, and environment coordination across all stages of the software development lifecycle.\nTroubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, including validation failures, merge conflicts, and release blockers.\nSupport application monitoring , including alert tracking, performance analysis, and proactive issue identification.\nCollaborate with Development, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and successful release cycles.\nDrive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.\nMaintain comprehensive deployment documentation, operational procedures, and release runbooks.\nDevelop and execute structured Knowledge Transfer (KT) plans to ensure continuity of operations and sustainable support for deployment processes.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nDeployment Success Rate: Percentage of successful deployments completed without rollback or critical defects.\nRelease Timeliness: Adherence to committed release schedules and deployment windows.\nPipeline Efficiency: Reduction in deployment lead time and manual intervention efforts.\nSystem Stability: Number and severity of production incidents attributable to releases.\nContinuous Improvement: Contributions to automation, process optimization, and deployment quality improvements.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management: Maintenance of accurate, up-to-date documentation and successful execution of knowledge transfer activities to support uninterrupted deployment operations.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Copado (Mandatory).\nGood understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nExperience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Git and Bitbucket.\nExperience in release management, deployment planning, and environment management.\nExperience\n5-10 Years\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in application support (L2/L3) or managed services environments.\nFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.\nExposure to DevOps best practices, release governance, and change management processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
