This role combines hands-on design execution with strategic creative leadership, partnering with Customer Community, Strategic Marketing and executives to translate business priorities into clear, executive-ready visual narratives.\nThis is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign and produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations for forums, customer meetings, leadership sessions and global events \nTranslate complex business and technology content into clear, visually compelling narratives \nCreate supporting assets including infographics, diagrams, signage, and digital graphics \nOptimize presentations for live delivery across in-person, hybrid and virtual environments \nMaintain a high bar for visual quality, including layout, hierarchy, pacing and polish \nCreative Direction, Storytelling and Experiential Design\nLead creative direction for executive forums, customer engagements, and strategic presentations from concept through delivery \nDesign cohesive end-to-end experiences across sessions, environments and touchpoints, not just individual assets \nProvide guidance on storytelling, presentation structure and messaging hierarchy \nPartner with executive leadership and marketing to shape aligned narratives \nTranslate business priorities into effective executive communication and customer-facing experiences \nCreative Operations and Delivery Ownership\nOwn intake, prioritization, and execution of creative requests across presentations, events, and marketing initiatives \nManage multiple high-priority deliverables across competing executive timeline \nEstablish clear timelines, ownership, and accountability across projects \nMaintain file management, version control, and reusable asset libraries \nReview, Feedback and Quality Control\nLead structured review and feedback cycles across executives and cross-functional stakeholders \nIncorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and deadlines \nCoordinate approvals to ensure alignment prior to final delivery \nEnsure all deliverables are accurate, polished and presentation-ready \nBrand Standards and Design Systems\nOwn ISB presentation standards, templates and visual frameworks \nEnsure consistent application of DXC brand standards across all deliverables \nBuild scalable templates, components and reusable assets to improve efficiency \nEnforce quality standards across executive and customer-facing materials \nLeadership and Stakeholder Alignment\nAct as the central creative partner across Customer Community, Strategic Marketing and Outbound Product Management \nBalance executive expectations, business priorities and delivery timelines \nBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent delivery and clear recommendations \nQualifications and experience\n5+ years of experience in presentation and graphic design in SaaS industry, ideally supporting executive-level or customer-facing work \n Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future\nAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) \nDemonstrated experience designing for executive audiences and complex business or technology topics \nStrong attention to detail and execution discipline \nExperience supporting live events, executive forums or customer engagements is strongly preferred \nExcellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders \nSkills and attributes\nStrong visual storytelling and layout expertise \nAbility to translate strategic and marketing direction into clear, effective design \nHighly organized with strong prioritization skills \nComfortable operating in executive-facing, high-visibility environments \nCalm, adaptable and detail-oriented under pressure \nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
