We’re looking for a SAP CRM Application Supportwho is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe SAP CRM Application Support facilitates the implementation and support of the technical solution to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.\nPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.\nFacilitate workshops to collect business requirements.\nMap client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs.\nDesign, development, customize, configure and testing of CRM.\nIdentify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.\nAct as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and fix problems.\nHandle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.\nDocument functional designs, test cases and results.\nDevelop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials\nProactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.\nProvide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements\nProvide ad-hoc training and user support as required.\nWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.\nAbility to understand business processes from a customer perspective.\nMust be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.\nProblem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.\nFluent in English\nQualifications\n3-5 years of hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.\nComputer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nAt least 1 years of experience in the relevant industries.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nProfessional growth opportunities\n\nA collaborative and inclusive workplace\n\nIf this sounds like you, apply and take the next step in your DXC journey.\nKnow someone perfect for this role?
