Interns will be assigned to either the SAP Concur team or the SAP ABAP team based on business requirements and team availability. Allocation will be determined by the hiring team and cannot be selected by candidates.\nThis internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP applications, support operations, and SAP development activities within a global IT services organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDepending on team allocation, interns may be involved in:\nSAP Concur Track\nAssist in handling basic SAP Concur support tickets under supervision.\nPerform first-level application support activities, including incident logging, analysis, and resolution.\nSupport end users with system-related queries and issues.\nAssist with testing, documentation, and knowledge base updates.\nSupport day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the SAP team.\nAdhere to defined SOPs, SLAs, and documentation standards.\nSAP ABAP Track\nAssist in SAP ABAP development and support activities under supervision.\nSupport development, testing, debugging, and documentation of SAP programs and enhancements.\nAssist with reports, interfaces, forms, and technical support activities.\nConduct unit testing and support defect analysis and resolution.\nParticipate in technical documentation and knowledge transfer activities.\nAdhere to SAP development standards and coding guidelines.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of enterprise applications, software development, or system support concepts.\nFamiliarity with SDLC concepts is an advantage.\nKnowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or SQL is an advantage.\nStrong willingness to learn SAP technologies and enterprise systems.\nGood analytical, communication, and documentation skills.\nAdditional Information\nLocation: DXC Technology, 10A, Jalan Bersatu 13/4, PJS 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia\n Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 days per week on-site)\nWorking Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM\nAllowance: MYR 1,000 per month\nInternship Duration: Minimum 4 to maximum 6 months\nStart Date: Must be available to start the internship from November 2026 onwards\nEligibility\nKindly note that this opportunity is open to Malaysian citizens only, as it is aligned with HRDF programme requirements\nCurrently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree programme\nFinal-year students preferred\nMust be able to commit to an internship period of 4 to 6 months\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
