Customers ask us to help them solve their most critical technology needs and we proactively share relevant ideas, insights and experience to create a plan for addressing those needs.\nAbout This Role\nResponsible for using SAP software to plan and control production processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, minimizing waste, and aligning production schedules with customer demand. Work with various modules within SAP PP, including capacity planning, material requirements planning, and shop floor control, to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreating detailed production schedules, allocating resources (labor, materials, machines), and optimizing production sequences to minimize lead times.\n\nDeveloping and implementing production plans based on customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.\n\nAnalyzing production capacity and determining resource requirements to meet production goals.\n\nIdentifying potential bottlenecks and developing solutions to optimize capacity utilization.\n\nCalculating material requirements for production orders and ensuring timely availability of raw materials.\n\nManaging inventory levels, conducting physical counts, and updating SAP records.\n\nCreating and releasing production orders in SAP.\n\nMonitoring production progress, tracking production costs, and reporting on performance.\n\nMonitoring and controlling production activities on the shop floor.\n\nManaging material movements and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.\n\nAnalyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize production processes.\n\nGenerating reports on production performance, cost variances, and inventory levels.\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study\n\n6+ years of SAP experience\n\nStrong understanding of SAP Production Planning modules, functionalities, and configurations.\n\nExperience in production planning processes, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nAbility to analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\n\nAbility to analyze production issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.\n\nExperience in managing SAP projects, including planning, implementation, and testing.\n\nWe are accepting applications from candidates located anywhere in Mexico.
