The candidate should possess a strong blend of functional expertise, consulting skills, and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver complex SAP programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Process Consulting\nAnalyze and understand complex manufacturing business requirements.\nConduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process assessments.\nDesign and implement best-practice SAP PP solutions aligned with business objectives.\nAdvise stakeholders on process optimization and digital manufacturing strategies.\nProvide industry-leading recommendations for planning and production processes.\nSAP PP Configuration and Implementation\nConfigure and support SAP PP modules including:Demand Management\nSales & Operations Planning\nMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)\nMaster Production Scheduling (MPS)\nCapacity Planning\nProduction Orders\nProcess Orders\nShop Floor Control\nBatch Management\nProduction Execution\nRepetitive Manufacturing\nWork Centers\nRoutings\nBills of Materials (BOM)\n\nLead implementation activities from blueprint through go-live and hypercare support.\nParticipate in global template design and localization requirements.\nSAP S/4HANA Expertise\nLead SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.\nSupport migration of manufacturing processes to SAP S/4HANA.\nConfigure and optimize:MRP Live\nAdvanced ATP\nEmbedded Analytics\nFiori Applications\nProduction Planning for S/4HANA\nPP/DS Integration\n\nDrive adoption of SAP best practices and simplification items.\nIntegration Management\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with:SAP MM\nSAP SD\nSAP QM\nSAP EWM\nSAP PM\nSAP FI/CO\nSAP APO/IBP\nSAP TM\n\nCoordinate end-to-end business process testing across modules.\nProject Leadership\nLead PP workstreams within large-scale SAP transformation programs.\nManage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.\nMentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance.\nCoordinate offshore and onshore teams during implementation activities.\nSupport project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.\nRequired Qualifications\n12+ years of SAP PP consulting experience.\nMinimum 4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\nStrong experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Planning.\nDeep understanding of manufacturing industry processes.\nExpertise in production planning, scheduling, procurement planning, and manufacturing execution.\nStrong experience in master data management including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.\nExperience in global delivery and multi-country implementations.\nStrong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP PP Certification.\nExperience with SAP PP/DS, SAP IBP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.\nExperience in Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Process Industry sectors.\nKnowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.\nExposure to cloud-based SAP solutions and SAP BTP.\n\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively with global teams and senior leadership.\nProven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong documentation and business process mapping capabilities.\nKey Competencies\nSAP Production Planning (PP)\nSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing\nMRP & Capacity Planning\nProduction Execution\nDiscrete Manufacturing\nProcess Manufacturing\nSupply Chain Planning\nSolution Design\nBusiness Transformation\nGlobal Template Rollouts\nIntegration Management\nSAP Best Practices\nCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
