If you want your work to have real impact, this is the place to do it.\nAbout the Role\nThis role demands hands-on experience across the full SAP SuccessFactors module landscape and proven ability to architect solutions using the SAP Activate Methodology. The incumbent will be expected to drive thought leadership, mentor cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders at all levels - up to and including C-suite executives.\nThe successful candidate will own the end-to-end solution architecture across all phases of implementation, from pre-sales and discovery through design, build, test, and deployment, while guiding integration strategy, data migration, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR technology transformations.\nEssential Job Functions\nDefine the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite implementations, including system landscape, integration strategy, and module configuration standards\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Solution Architect across SAP SuccessFactors HR modules throughout all phases of the SAP Activate Methodology (Prepare → Explore → Realize → Deploy)\nDefine the vision, design, and blueprint for the target-state HR technology landscape\nCreate the future-state solution architecture and systems landscape document incorporating human resources systems\nDesign and deliver the Integration Architecture Definition showing interrelationships between in-scope SuccessFactors modules and their position in the overall system landscape\nArchitect integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems such as SAP ECC HCM, SAP S/4HANA, payroll vendors, benefits providers, and other enterprise platforms\nLead Fit-to-Standard Workshops, review leading-practice process flows, demonstrate business scenarios, identify gaps in standard functionality, and recommend resolution approaches\nOversee configuration, extension, and testing of the pre-configured solution across iterative Sprints/Iterations\nOversee data migration strategy, data mapping, mock data loads, and production cutover activities\nDrive the creation of functional and technical specifications for integrations, data migration, and custom extensions\nOwn the Test Strategy definition, including test objectives, test scope, tools, defect coordination, and test roles\nEvaluate and select technology solutions that support the overall enterprise architecture and align with business objectives, while optimising performance and scalability\nEstablish solution design standards, configuration guidelines, and reusable architecture patterns for the engagement\nConduct design reviews to ensure solution quality, security, and compliance with client and regulatory standards\nMentor and guide functional consultants, technical consultants, and business analysts on the project team\nSupport pre-sales activities including discovery, architecture assessments, roadmap development, implementation planning, proposals, and RFP responses\nQualifications & Experience:\nMinimum 5+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant\n10 - 15 years of progressive experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors\nDemonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery using the SAP Activate Methodology\nProven experience in migrating from SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors (cloud-hosted)\nExperience in multi-country / global rollout implementations\nSAP SuccessFactors system configuration and administration\nIntegration technologies: SAP BTP Integration Suite (formerly CPI/HCI), Dell Boomi, or equivalent middleware platforms\nData migration tools and methodologies (HRIS data cleansing, mapping, mock loads, and production cutover)\nSAP SuccessFactors APIs and OData services\nRole-Based Permissions (RBP) framework design and implementation\nUnderstanding of SAP S/4HANA HCM and hybrid deployment models\nSAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors (any module)\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nNice to have:\nSAP Certified Solution Architect - SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage\nAdditional SAP SuccessFactors module certifications are a strong advantage\nWhy DXC?\nDXC is an employer of choice with strong values, and fosters a culture of inclusion, belonging and corporate citizenship.
