To meet the current security requirements, candidates must be sole UK nationals and have lived and worked continuously in the UK for the past five years. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals for this position.\nAbout the role\nYou'll join a collaborative team providing ongoing SAP support to multiple customers, with the opportunity to get involved in project work when required.\nYour main focus will be SAP Treasury and Cash Management, with additional FICO knowledge highly valued.\nYou'll be working with customers to understand their challenges, troubleshoot issues, provide practical solutions and help them get the most from their SAP systems.\nThe role will include a mixture of:\nProviding advice and support around SAP Treasury, Cash Management and FICO processes\nWorking as a 3rd Line Support Consultant, investigating and resolving incidents and problems\nWorking closely with customer Finance and IT teams\nBuilding strong relationships with both customers and colleagues\nUnderstanding business requirements and translating them into practical SAP solutions\nSupporting customer change and improvement initiatives\nParticipating in workshops and helping customers define their requirements\nProducing functional specifications and solution designs\nWorking with technical teams on SAP configuration, ABAP, security and integrations\nDeveloping and executing test plans\nSupporting implementation and cutover activities\nHelping customers understand and support new solutions after implementation\nGetting involved in short-term projects, particularly around Treasury-related activities\nWhat we're looking for\nYou don't need to have extensive experience across every area listed below. We're particularly interested in your core SAP Treasury knowledge, your ability to troubleshoot and support customers, and your willingness to continue developing your SAP expertise.\nWe're looking for someone with practical, hands-on experience in SAP Treasury and Cash Management who enjoys solving problems and supporting customers.
