This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.\nThe skills you’ll bring\nTo be successful in this role you should have:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.\nExperience:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.\nSkills:\nStrong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\nCompetencies:\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.\nAttention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.\nProblem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.\nEmpathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.\nOur culture and benefits\nDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
