Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTypically, 5+ years of professional experience developing backend applications with Python and modern web frameworks.\nStrong expertise in asynchronous Python development, FastAPI (or equivalent frameworks), and modern API design principles.\nProven experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, partitioning, migrations, and performance tuning.\nHands-on experience implementing OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT authentication, and integration with enterprise identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nExperience working with API gateway platforms such as Kong, Apigee, or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.\nWorking knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, prompt engineering techniques, and agent orchestration concepts. Other Qualifications:\nExperience with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation, and MCP-based integrations is a plus.\nKnowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern distributed systems is preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to learn emerging technologies and apply them in innovative business solutions.\nRelevant certifications in cloud technologies, DevOps, cybersecurity, or AI/ML are a plus.\nAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
