We're looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead complex, high-profile programmes that deliver meaningful change across business, technology and operations. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of market services while working with senior stakeholders across Velonetic, DXC and the wider London Market.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Change Delivery, you'll lead large-scale programmes and projects from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation.

You'll provide the leadership, governance and delivery expertise needed to turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and with clear business value.

This role requires a confident and collaborative leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage suppliers and delivery partners, and maintain a clear focus on achieving results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology programmes.
• Building and managing integrated delivery plans, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.
• Managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and governance activities.
• Providing clear reporting and delivery insight to senior leadership and Steering Committees.
• Driving collaboration across business, operational, technology and supplier teams.
• Coordinating change readiness, transition and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Managing supplier relationships and delivery performance across multiple workstreams.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of project and programme management practices.
• Coaching and mentoring Project Managers to develop delivery capability across the organisation.
• Representing Velonetic within market governance forums and stakeholder groups.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience managing large-scale technology and transformation programmes.
• Proven success delivering projects across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and benefits objectives.
• Strong understanding of programme governance, planning, financial management and delivery controls.
• Experience managing supplier-dependent delivery and third-party relationships.
• Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering business-critical change within complex operational environments.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within insurance, reinsurance, Lloyd's or the London Insurance Market.
• Previous experience working with outsourced delivery partners.
• Exposure to modernisation and platform transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or APM.
