This is an opportunity to help shape the future of market services while working with senior stakeholders across Velonetic, DXC and the wider London Market.\nThe Opportunity\nReporting to the Head of Change Delivery, you'll lead large-scale programmes and projects from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation.\nYou'll provide the leadership, governance and delivery expertise needed to turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and with clear business value.\nThis role requires a confident and collaborative leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage suppliers and delivery partners, and maintain a clear focus on achieving results.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology programmes.\nBuilding and managing integrated delivery plans, milestones, budgets and resource requirements.\nManaging programme risks, issues, dependencies and governance activities.\nProviding clear reporting and delivery insight to senior leadership and Steering Committees.\nDriving collaboration across business, operational, technology and supplier teams.\nCoordinating change readiness, transition and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation.\nManaging supplier relationships and delivery performance across multiple workstreams.\nSupporting the continuous improvement of project and programme management practices.\nCoaching and mentoring Project Managers to develop delivery capability across the organisation.\nRepresenting Velonetic within market governance forums and stakeholder groups.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\nExtensive experience managing large-scale technology and transformation programmes.\nProven success delivering projects across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and benefits objectives.\nStrong understanding of programme governance, planning, financial management and delivery controls.\nExperience managing supplier-dependent delivery and third-party relationships.\nAbility to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders and executive audiences.\nExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience delivering business-critical change within complex operational environments.\nDesirable Experience\nExperience within insurance, reinsurance, Lloyd's or the London Insurance Market.\nPrevious experience working with outsourced delivery partners.\nExposure to modernisation and platform transformation programmes.\nKnowledge of Agile, hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or APM.\nInvestment In Training and Development\nWe offer a comprehensive range of training and career development opportunities, a structured induction programme, tailored job training as well as mentoring and support for relevant sponsored professional qualifications.
