Learn more on dxc.com\nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) division.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget and to-quality outcomes\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams\nApply structured project governance frameworks including stage gates, steering committees, and reporting cadences\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, providing regular financial reporting to senior leadership\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams\nPrepare and deliver clear project status updates, board papers, and executive reporting\nProactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies\nLead, motivate, and coordinate project teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors\nManage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners\nDrive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery\nExperience & Requirements\n8+ years in senior project management roles delivering large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory, or compliance projects\nProven track record managing complex, multi-workstream projects within enterprise environments\nExperience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries (highly desirable)\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for business audiences\nStrong commercial acumen with experience in financial management, forecasting, and reporting\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (highly desirable)\nRelevant tertiary qualification in business, IT, project management, or related discipline\nAgile / SAFe certification or experience with hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus\nProficiency with project management and delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps\nExperience in workers' compensation or similar claims management environments would be an added advantage\nOur culture and benefits\nDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
