The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping identify, shape, and advance SAP transformation opportunities.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep SAP transformation experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to engage clients from strategy through execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Advisory & Business Development\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the SAP transformation journey.\nPartner with sales leaders to identify, shape, and advance strategic opportunities.\nParticipate in executive discussions to understand client priorities, business challenges, and transformation objectives.\nSupport new business development, opportunity qualification, and account growth activities.\nOpportunity Shaping & Solution Development\nLead discovery discussions and help define transformation roadmaps.\nSupport pursuit teams in developing compelling business cases and solution strategies.\nContribute to proposal development, client presentations, workshops, and orals.\nCollaborate with sales, solutioning, delivery, and industry teams to develop differentiated solutions.\nTransformation Delivery Support\nProvide advisory support during program execution to ensure continuity between pursuit and delivery.\nParticipate in key client engagements, governance meetings, and strategic program discussions.\nOffer practical guidance based on prior implementation experience to help clients navigate complex transformation initiatives.\nWhen appropriate, participate in delivery activities to support successful client outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications\n15+ years of experience leading or supporting large scale SAP transformation programs.\nDeep knowledge of SAP implementation, modernization, and transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience in a client facing advisory, consulting, presales, or transformation leadership role.\nExperience engaging with executive and C-Suite stakeholders.\nProven ability to influence and communicate effectively with both business and technology leaders.\nStrong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and implementation life cycles.\nExperience supporting pursuits, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within a consulting organization, systems integrator, or Big Four environment.\nPrior experience across both delivery and pre-sales functions.\nExperience shaping large and complex transformation opportunities.\nIndustry expertise in one or more sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.\nWork Environment / Eligibility\nRemote with up to 50% travel.\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future\nWhat Makes Someone Successful in This Role\nSuccessful candidates combine deep delivery credibility with the ability to engage executives, shape opportunities, and influence strategic client decisions.
